Hello, my name is Jose Baldizon and I created LearnWriter.com. On this site I will post how-to articles and videos that will focus on Writer, the OpenOffice.org free word processor.
Since there’s already a large body of written work on how to use Writer (see the OpenOffice.org forum), I will try to produce more how-to videos than how-to articles. I want this site to contain the best learning material for Writer.
I will write new posts and add to The Writer Video Series as often as I can, but please be patient as the site grows. If you have questions or comments about this Writer site feel free to contact me. I appreciate solid feedback so don’t be shy about giving it.

Like you, I always turn to the Internet to find rich resources for questions I have and any sort of research I want to conduct. Sometimes I end up finding rich resources and sometimes I end up finding crappy resources.
On this site, I plan on including quality resources for Writer, writing in general, and whatever else I decide to cover on this site. I will do my best to post unique and quality resources which, I hope, will provide you with a fresh perspective on the subjects covered on this site.
